Due to the nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept returns on our products if the item(s) have been used. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns on new items incur a 10% restocking fee to cover the double-charges by the credit card companies. All sales are final unless special arrangements have been made. Should your item(s) be faulty by manufacture, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to resolve the issue for you. More than likely this will be by replacing the item.
If you cancel your order before it ships, a 10% fee will be applied to cover the credit card processing fees we incur for processing your transactions. “Critical Parts” such as barrels, bolts, BCG’s, and similar are not returnable as our insurance will not allow us to resell a “pre-owned” item of this nature as new. “Custom” orders (Barrels, Die sets, etc.) are paid in full up front with a zero cancellation policy as custom work means we are manufacturing this product specifically for you and would not likely be able to sell it to someone else.
